Our platform is built on GoHighLevel (GHL) and delivers tools including but not limited to:
CRM and contact management
Automated marketing workflows
Funnel and landing page builder
Appointment booking and calendar management
SMS, email, voicemail, and call communications
AI-powered conversation and follow-up tools
Reporting and analytics dashboards
Reputation management
Paid advertising campaign management
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Specific features available to each client depend on the subscription plan selected.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting forms
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing electronic communications, SMS messaging, and consumer privacy
Obtain all necessary consents from your contacts before sending them any communications through our platform
Not misrepresent your identity, business, or the nature of your services
You are solely responsible for the content you send, the contacts you manage, and the campaigns you run through our platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Regal Vizion Inc.'s platform or services to:
Send unsolicited communications (spam) of any kind
Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or any other applicable communications law
Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into our systems
Circumvent any security measures or access controls
Use the platform to conduct any activity that violates the rights of third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these acceptable use standards without prior notice.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Regal Vizion Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and their contacts through the GoHighLevel platform. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms.
Message Types
When you opt in to receive SMS communications from Regal Vizion Inc., you may receive transactional messages including appointment reminders, onboarding alerts, and new offer notifications.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 475-234-4466. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message Frequency
You will receive transactional messages based on your activity and interactions with our platform. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Payments & Billing
Regal Vizion Inc. offers services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the following:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days written notice to active subscribers
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, workflows, designs, and materials available on regalvizion.com or through our platform are the exclusive property of Regal Vizion Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period. This license does not include the right to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or materials
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer any component of our software
Sublicense or resell access to our platform without written authorization
Any content you create using our platform remains your property. By using our platform, you grant Regal Vizion Inc. a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
8. Disclaimers
Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Regal Vizion Inc. does not warrant that:
The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
Results from using our services will meet your specific expectations
Any particular advertising campaign, automation, or lead generation strategy will produce specific outcomes
We are not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stripe, or N8N.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regal Vizion Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Regal Vizion Inc. in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regal Vizion Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
Your use of our platform or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Any content or communications you send through our platform
Any claim that your use of the platform harmed a third party
11. Termination
Regal Vizion Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
Non-payment of subscription fees
Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately. We are not responsible for any loss of data following account termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
For clients located in Canada, applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws may also apply with respect to consumer rights and communications regulations.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via email or platform notification where appropriate.
Your continued use of our platform or services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform.
